Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max)
- Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve CTR and conversions
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and bidding strategies
- Optimize landing pages in coordination with the web/design team for better lead quality
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management and clients
- Identify new growth opportunities through audience targeting and competitor analysis
- Ensure campaigns follow Google Ads policies and best practices
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align ad strategy with business goals
