- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and business associates professionally
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them to the relevant departments
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front desk operations
- Coordinate client appointments and meetings with sales and management teams
- Provide basic information about company services and ongoing real estate projects
- Handle client follow-ups and maintain accurate records in CRM/software
- Manage courier services, office documentation, and administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area is organized, professional, and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and admin teams for seamless communication
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative requirement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 0–2 years of experience in front desk, reception, customer service, or administrative roles (real estate experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
