ServiceNow CMDB Architect
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog.
- Drive CMDB strategy, governance, CSDM adoption, data quality, normalization, and reconciliation.
- Lead Discovery and Service Mapping implementations for on-prem and cloud environments.
- Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
- Rationalize and optimize Service Catalogs, workflows, approvals, and user experience.
- Lead architecture reviews, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight.
- Drive automation, AI/GenAI adoption, and workflow optimization across the platform.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integration Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with CSDM, IRE, CMDB Governance, and Data Modeling.
- Experience designing integrations with SAP, monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, enterprise architecture, and ServiceNow best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ITOM, HAM, SAM, AWS, Azure, and GCP Discovery.
- Exposure to Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and AI/GenAI capabilities.
Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA (Preferred)
- CIS-ITSM
- CIS-CMDB
