What You Will Be Responsible For-
- Handle fresh student inquiries (leads) generated from marketing, website, and seminars.
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding international finance certifications.
- Understand student background and recommend the right course path. Explain course structure, exam pattern, career scope, and fee structure clearly.
- Setting up and conducting in-person and virtual meetings with potential learners and business partners to drive student acquisition.
- Handling heavy inbound and outbound calling, emails, chats, and social media conversations for converting inquiries into admissions.
- Generating interest, qualifying prospects, counselling them effectively, and closing enrollments
- Maintaining continuous communication with leads until final conversion- no lead should be left unattended.
- Working closely with channel partners and businesses to generate and convert student leads.
- Maintaining a detailed, accurate, and updated database of every interaction, follow-up, and lead status.
- Ensuring daily follow-ups and systematic tracking of all prospects.
- Staying in close touch with enrolled students to understand concerns and sharing feedback with the Student Experience Team to enhance student satisfaction.
- Monitoring personal performance against daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets and ensuring targets are achieved consistently.
What This Role Strictly Requires
You must be:
- Experienced in academic counselling, admissions, or academic sales.
- Excellent at follow-ups, persuasion, and closing.
- Disciplined in maintaining lead records and tracking sheets.
- Confident communicating in English and Hindi with students and partners.
- Able to work under target pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Have minimum 3-4 years of experience in education counselling / academic sales / admission counselling.
- Are genuinely interested in education and career guidance.
- Ability to convince through logic, not pressure.

- High conversion ratio from inquiries to enrollments.
