Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Fleet Officer to manage and monitor the operations of our cash vans and vehicle fleet used for cash logistics services. The candidate will ensure proper vehicle deployment, maintenance, compliance, and smooth coordination between drivers, security personnel, and the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily deployment of cash vans and fleet vehicles as per operational requirements.
- Monitor vehicle movement, routes, and schedules to ensure timely operations.
- Coordinate with drivers, security guards, and operations team for smooth functioning.
- Maintain records of vehicle documents, permits, insurance, fitness certificates, and PUC.
- Ensure regular vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
- Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols for cash van operations.
- Handle breakdowns, emergencies, and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain proper fleet reports and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- 3–7 years experience in fleet management, logistics, or security operations.
- Knowledge of vehicle documentation and transport compliance.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cash logistics / security services fleet management.
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles and drivers efficiently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
