Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students, manage the admission process, and achieve enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Manage the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
- Prepare daily and monthly admission reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic counselling or educational sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and sales abilities.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
