About the Role
We are looking for a physically fit, hardworking, and dependable Store & Logistics Assistant to support our Philips lighting showroom and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role involving material handling, parcel dispatch, and delivery support.
Key Responsibilities
Unload lighting materials from courier vans and transport them using the lift to the godown.
Move materials between the showroom, godown, and loading area.
Accompany the company vehicle to construction sites for material deliveries.
Visit courier offices, transport offices, and bus stations to send and receive parcels.
Pack materials securely for dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the godown and storage areas.
Assist with other store and logistics-related tasks as required.
Eligibility
Physically fit and willing to handle materials and climb stairs multiple times a day.
Able to read and write English and Malayalam.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Previous experience in a store, warehouse, logistics, or courier field is an advantage.
Knowledge of basic electrical wiring, lighting installation, or related electrical services will be an added advantage. Candidates with relevant experience may be offered a higher salary based on their skills and experience.
