About the Role
Samta Research Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, handling inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless communication process between clients and the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and other professional channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate information regarding the company's services.
- Manage and follow up on leads provided by the organization.
- Address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient handling of client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Monitor client engagement and provide regular status updates and reports.
- Ensure a high standard of client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
