Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices, support cross-functional teams, and ensure effective delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, analytical, stakeholder-management, and Agile facilitation skills.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.

Support teams in defining, refining, prioritizing, and managing User Stories and Product Backlogs.

Identify and remove impediments that may impact sprint or project delivery.

Promote Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement across teams.

Track sprint progress, team metrics, dependencies, and delivery risks.

Collaborate with engineering teams to understand software development processes and project lifecycles.

Facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders.

Use Jira or similar Agile project-management tools to manage backlogs, sprints, and reporting.

Support a multicultural and bilingual working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of experience as an IT Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Agile Facilitator, or similar Agile role.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.

Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint activities.

Experience working with User Stories, Product Backlog, Backlog Refinement, and Acceptance Criteria.

Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technology environments.

Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience with Jira or similar Agile tools.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and engineering teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

PSM, CSM, or similar Agile certification is preferred.

Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore Urban.
