Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounts Manager to lead our financial consolidation and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive knowledge of accounting systems and regulatory compliance to drive improvements in cost-saving, profitability, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Lead financial consolidation and reporting, including actuals, budgets, and forecasts.

Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Generate MIS and reports for strategic decision-making.

Accounting & Compliance:

Utilize and migrate accounting systems (e.g., Tally to SAP).
-
Supervise Indian tax compliance, including Income Tax, GST, and Withholding Taxes.

Support internal and external audits and conduct internal audits when necessary.

Process Improvement:

Enhance financial processes to reduce risk and improve productivity.

Implement ERP systems and automate manual processes such as payroll and cheque preparation.

Fund Management:

Manage treasury functions, including funding, credit control, and cash flow monitoring.

Establish relationships with bankers and negotiate fund raising.

Team Leadership:

Hire, train, and manage finance and accounting staff.
-
Delegate tasks, provide training, and monitor team performance.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting management.

Expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis.

Experience with modern accounting systems (e.g., SAP).

Strong understanding of Indian tax compliance.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/CPA preferred.
