Role: HR Trainee (Fresher)
Location: Hyderabad
Compensation
₹12,000 during probation
₹15,000 after confirmation
Probation Period: 3 Months
Service Bond: 1 Year
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (All streams)
- B.Tech (Except CSE & IT)
- MBA / BBA preferred (not mandatory)
- Freshers interested in HR & Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing openings via job portals & networks
- Client/IT company coordination for fresher hiring
- Interview scheduling and HR support
- Candidate pre-screening and end-to-end recruitment assistance
