Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and the ability to explain complex services simply.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, build rapport, and manage concerns professionally over the phone.
- Proven Sales skills in telesales or inside sales, including lead qualification, objection handling, and closing or progressing opportunities.
- Ability and willingness to participate in Training, continuously improve product knowledge, and adapt to updated scripts and processes.
- Prior experience in B2B telesales, IT services, telecom, or technology-driven environments is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using CRM tools, call systems, and productivity software to manage leads, track activities, and report outcomes.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work to targets, manage time effectively, and collaborate with colleagues in a hybrid setup.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
