Job Role:
Diagnose error or technical problems and determine proper solutions to repair the product.
Install and test product to make sure they work accurately.
Follows installation and operation manuals.
Respond to service request and repair product.
Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
Record and maintain of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and inform the dispatch team.
Explain issues with equipment and repair details to customers.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
