Job description :
We are looking for a responsible Transport Pass (TP) & Godown Executive for our liquor and wine operations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing Transport Passes (TP), maintaining excise and dispatch documentation, and assisting in day-to-day godown operations.
Must stay at the godown until closing time to ensure all goods are properly dispatched and recorded.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process Transport Passes (TP) for liquor and wine shipments as per excise regulations.
Maintain and update all TP records, dispatch registers, and excise files.
Coordinate with excise department officials, logistics, and warehouse teams.
Ensure all documentation complies with state excise laws and deadlines.
Assist in invoice and stock reconciliation related to dispatched goods.
Manage day-to-day excise documentation and online submissions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the liquor or wine industry.
Must know how to prepare and apply Transport Passes (TP) independently.
Strong knowledge of Excise Department procedures and compliance.
Good computer skills (Excel, Excise Portal, Email).
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
