Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Reports to: Engineering Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems, equipment, and products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development: Design and develop mechanical systems, equipment, and products, including CAD designs, prototypes, and testing.
2. Analysis and Simulation: Conduct analysis and simulation of mechanical systems, including stress, thermal, and dynamic analysis.
3. Testing and Validation: Test and validate mechanical systems, equipment, and products to ensure they meet specifications and requirements.
4. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers to ensure successful product development.
6. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including safety, environmental, and industry standards.
Requirements:
1. Education: Diploma Mech(1 to 3 years Experience)/BE Mech (Fresher to 3 year Exp)
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, including experience with design, development, and testing of mechanical systems.
3. Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science. Proficient in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
4. Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification in mechanical engineering.
