Job Summary
DFR Developers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and visionary HR Head to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the complete HR function, including Recruitment, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment for leadership and operational roles.
* Build and mentor a high-performing HR team.
* Develop HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Drive talent development, retention, and succession planning.
* Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.
Requirements
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
* 6–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Team Management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Experience with HRMS and recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
