We are looking for a Senior Technical Advisor / Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level support for ERP systems. The ideal candidate will handle ERP implementation, client support, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day ERP client issues
* Provide remote support (call, email, chat, tickets)
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
* Manage and update support tickets efficiently
* Ensure timely issue closure and client satisfaction
* Escalate complex issues to internal teams
Required Skills:
* ERP / Technical Support knowledge
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving ability
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Accounting & SQL
