Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete HR function for the organization.
- 5–6+ years of experience in HR within the Domestic BPO industry.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as an HR Manager.
- Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for multiple BPO hiring requirements.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor an HR team of 4–5 members, ensuring effective task allocation and performance.
- Coordinate with business and operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
- Experience managing an employee strength of 200–300 employees.
