Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Sales & Lead Generation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, managing sales pipelines, and generating high-quality leads for our innovative DOOH advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify business opportunities across multiple sectors through cold calling, networking, market research, and industry events.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deliver impactful presentations, negotiate contracts, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing customized advertising solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Generate qualified leads and contribute to overall business growth initiatives.
- Represent AdBeets at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Ad Sales, Media Sales, or Digital Advertising.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, DOOH Advertising, or Outdoor Advertising.
- Existing network of clients across retail, real estate, education, healthcare, FMCG, or related sectors is an advantage.
