Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, secure high-value projects, and strengthen Civilcon’s presence in the infrastructure consultancy market. The candidate should have deep industry exposure, strong networking capability, and proven success in project acquisition across public and private sectors.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within:
- Infrastructure Consulting Firms
- Highway Development Projects
- Railway Sector Projects
- Government / Public Sector Infrastructure Projects
- Strong network in infrastructure and consulting ecosystem.
- Experience in tendering, project acquisition, and strategic business planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships, consortiums, and strategic alliances for large-scale infrastructure assignments.
- Prepare business growth plans aligned with company expansion goals.
- Represent Civilcon at industry conferences, government meetings, and networking forums.
- Work closely with technical and project teams for proposal preparation and client presentations.
Desired Candidate Profile

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
