Position Summary
Responsible for coordinating order processing, invoicing, service activities, customer support, and maintaining accurate ERP/CRM records to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Release invoices on the same day of goods delivery.
- Verify customer orders against quotations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor accounts receivable and support collection activities.
- Coordinate timely delivery of customer orders and minimize process-related delays.
- Document and resolve customer and principal complaints in coordination with internal teams.
- Arrange prequalification and registration of principals and products with customers and government organizations.
- Process service work orders and coordinate travel, accommodation, visa, and logistics for service engineers.
- Update service job completion status in ERP/CRM within the specified timeline.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience - 0 to 3 years
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,256.38 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chennai District)
