About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive / Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential customers, promoting our products and services, and supporting the sales and marketing team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate new business leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer information in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and customer support.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback on customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of marketing and customer handling.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM software is a plus).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th Pass.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred (not mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing will be an added advantage.
