EPIA (Egg Preservation Institute of Asia) is a specialized fertility centre focused on Egg Freezing, IVF, Recurrent Pregnancy Loss and Fertility Regeneration. Our mission is to make fertility care more evidence-based, personalized and accessible.
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to help grow EPIA through doctor partnerships, corporate outreach, community events and patient engagement.
This is a field-oriented role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and creating new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Doctor Referral Network
- Meet gynecologists, physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain referral relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-up visits.
- Coordinate CMEs and educational sessions.
- Track referrals and strengthen engagement.
Corporate & Community Outreach
- Organize fertility awareness workshops and health camps.
- Build partnerships with HR teams, companies, gyms and wellness centres.
- Identify new outreach opportunities.
Patient Lead Management
- Call new enquiries from the website, WhatsApp and campaigns.
- Schedule consultations.
- Follow up with prospective patients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Improve lead-to-consultation conversion.
Business Development
- Identify new partnership opportunities.
- Work with the marketing team on campaigns.
- Attend networking events.
- Represent EPIA professionally.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in business development, healthcare marketing or relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with field visits across Delhi NCR.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, IVF, hospitals or wellness is preferred but not essential.
Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹25,000–35,000/month (based on experience)
