Job Description
This role combines advanced Tier 3 support with platform, backend, and DevOps expertise to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing systems across global customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Tier 3 expert for complex software/platform issues, driving end-to-end resolution
- Troubleshoot backend system flows across software, infrastructure, and system layers
- Analyze and reproduce issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive preventive solutions
- Support and operate containerized applications in Linux/Kubernetes environments
- Collaborate with R&D, HW, and DevOps teams on debugging, feature readiness, and system improvements
- Contribute to CI/CD processes, monitoring, and production reliability
- Support new product introduction (NPI), including readiness validation and training
- Develop tools, documentation, and best practices to improve support efficiency and reduce escalations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software support, backend systems, or DevOps
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex, multi-disciplinary systems
- Practical troubleshooting experience using agentic AI systems.
- Strong experience working with and troubleshooting Linux environments
- Practical experience with cloud native production environments: containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English
Advantage
- Experience with C# or Java backend development
- Knowledge of Kubernetes operations, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), or IaC tools (Helm, Terraform)
- Understanding script coding, such as : Python, PowerShell, Bash.
- Background in software development, testing, or system integration
- Experience in supporting global, production-critical environments
