Job Description: Production Coordinator / Video Production Manager
Location: Mohali (Probation Period: Up to 2 Months)
After Probation: Remote / Dubai coordination-based role

About the Role
We are looking for a Production Coordinator who can take ownership of our video production operations and support the team. This role will manage video editors, coordinate with content writers, oversee shoots, and ensure all projects are delivered on time with high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on camera knowledge, video editing experience, and strong project management skills to manage the complete production workflow.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management
- Manage the complete video production workflow from planning to final delivery.
- Coordinate with content writers, editors, and production teams.
- Maintain project timelines, trackers, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time.
Editor Management
- Manage and coordinate video editors.
- Assign editing tasks and track progress.
- Review edits and provide feedback to maintain quality standards.
- Create and maintain editing workflows and SOPs.
Content Coordination
- Work with content writers to develop video ideas and scripts.
- Review content plans and ensure they are production-friendly.
- Coordinate between creative and production teams.
Camera & Production Knowledge
- Must have practical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and shooting techniques.
- Ability to shoot videos and photos when required.
- Understand camera settings, frame rates, resolutions, file formats, and basic cinematography.
- Manage footage organization and backups.
Editing & Quality Control
- Basic hands-on experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve preferred).
- Review final videos, photos, thumbnails, and creative assets.
- Ensure consistency in brand quality and style.
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain project management sheets and production trackers.
- Provide daily/weekly updates on project status.
- Identify delays or blockers and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in video production, content creation, or media operations.
- Experience managing video editors or creative teams.
- Strong understanding of video production processes.
- Knowledge of editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, or Photoshop.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with social media content, reels, corporate videos, real estate, interiors, or event productions.
- Experience managing remote teams and freelancers.
- Understanding of AI tools for content creation and production workflows.

Probation Period
- The selected candidate will undergo a probation period of up to 2 months in Mohali.

- Performance during the probation period will determine confirmation of the role.
