We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the customer base, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals.
- Conduct lead generation activities including cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and share quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and New Order Forms (NOF).
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the existing customer base.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups for lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by converting leads into successful business deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare customized business proposals, presentations, and quotations based on client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
- Regularly interact with clients by sharing product updates, festive greetings, and promotional materials.
- Collect client feedback and request referrals from satisfied customers to generate additional business.
- Maintain proper documentation and records, including quotation data, PI, and order forms.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on lead generation, client meetings, and pipeline status to management.
- Handle and manage GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal activities (if applicable), including product listing, bid participation, and order processing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
