Job Description – Sr. Sales Manager (South)

Job Summary
To achieve our ambitious goal, we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager who is proactive in nature and works in a pre-sales and sales role, and generates leads on his own using different methods (B2B portals, emails, cold calls) from the enterprise customer segment.
Designation: Sr. Sales Manager - (South)
Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Noida
Travel: Local, Intercity
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new sales and the growth in the enterprise segment. The person in this role will pioneer some of biggest deals by landing new logos and formalizing enterprise-wide relationships with companies. You will gain knowledge and experience of the new age industry of SaaS and cloud
Impact:
As a Business Developer, you will work with sales and leadership teams, to unlock new relationships at large organizations and evolve B2B revenue engine. You’ll also have support from our growing Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to maximize the value and success of your efforts.
Over the next few years, seeks to establish and grow a team. As a pioneering member of that team, you’ll have opportunities to manage future Sales executives, if that career path interests you.
Responsibilities
1. Identify potential customer targets from enterprise/corporate segments.
2. Researching key contacts of Facility management team, Architects, MEP Consultants,
PMC for Commercial Real Estate projects
3. Generating leads on own, and taking ownership of the sales journey (lead gen to closure)
4. Apply consultative sales skills (by using case studies, use cases, etc.) to build
relationships with stakeholders
5. Creating client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals
6. Providing accurate sales activity tracking and status on CRM
7. A track record of closing deals on monthly or quarterly targets
We’re looking for someone who
1. Has proven experience of 3-5 years in IoT and SaaS industry selling products/solutions to
various stakeholders such as the architects, MEP consultants and PMC community
2. Has experience of working directly with Facility managers, consultant, architects, design & build, HVAC consultant, lighting consultant, PMC and Specify our products, solutions,
getting necessary approvals.
3. Willing to work in a 20-80 environment of office and field environment
4. Has knowledge of the technical specifications, procurement process, decision making
criteria, processes used in the industry etc
5. Team player, with excellent oral & written communication, presentation skills and must be
able to articulate technology & product positioning to both business & technical users.
6. Well organized, analytical, detail-oriented and quality-minded, able to eliminate sales
obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

3. Education in BBA/BCA/Engineering degree, or equivalent
