Job description:
- Ensure that high quality of service and product standards as specified by the management are implemented.
- Ensure proper staffing.
- Responsible for Store P&L.
- Ensure strict control over billing for proper revenue accounting.
- Ensure that all budget/targeted sales and expenditure are achieved to maximize profitability.
- Ensure that all documentation including forms and registers that are required are maintained for MIS.
- Ensure over all staff discipline with regards to conduct, work performance and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Assist Area Manager/Regional Manager in maintaining favourable working relationship and promoting maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness of the entire Outlet. Ensure continued training of staff on all aspects.
- Resolve all customer complaints in timely manner.
- Briefing to be taken daily with the service staff.
- Perform checks on food quality.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience with 3 years of experience as Store Manager in a similar industry.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
