Key Responsibilities of an Accounts Executive
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and manage collections.
- Ledger Maintenance: Record financial transactions accurately in the general ledger.
- Bank Reconciliation: Match company records with bank statements to resolve discrepancies.
- Billing & Invoicing: Ensure timely and accurate billing to clients.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Tax & Compliance: Prepare statutory filings such as GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
- Audit Support: Provide documentation for internal and external audits.
