Edurect International is looking for a proactive and confident Admission Counselor to manage student inquiries, guide prospects about our AI & Digital Marketing programs, and support the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students
- Perform cold calling and follow-ups on leads
- Convert inquiries into admissions through proper counseling
- Communicate with leads via WhatsApp, calls, emails, and social media
- Explain course details, career opportunities, and training benefits
- Maintain and update lead data regularly
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for lead management
- Assist in admission activities, counseling sessions, and student onboarding
- Support promotional and outreach activities when required
- Visit the office at least once a week for meetings and coordination
Requirements
- Should Speak English, Hindi, Marathi
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with calling and lead conversion
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and AI courses is a plus
- Ability to manage leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge
Work Details
- Full-Time Role
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
