Role & Responsibility
The Interim Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within assigned territories. Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and for identifying new business opportunities. The role requires effective communication skills, strategic planning, and a proactive approach to sales.
Job Description
- Visiting retail shops as per beat planned on a daily basis.
- Meeting distributor periodically and updating sales orders with action plan.
- Debtors Handling and collection management.
- Ownership of tracking and liquidation of stocks in primary and secondary markets.
- Planning and executing marketing activities.
- Appointing new distributors to increase sales network.
- Working with distributors and retailers in field to increase and support sales.
- Ensure daily tracking and updation of reports.
- Should have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
Ideal Candidate
· Candidate with a valid driving license.
· Must have good communication skills.
· Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a similar role.
· Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
