We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Auto Detailing Studio Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our detailing studio. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, manage a team of detailers, and uphold a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of detailing staff to ensure quality service and efficiency.
- Inspect vehicles after detailing for quality assurance.
- Schedule staff shifts and assign tasks based on workload.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and coordinate with procurement for restocking.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve service issues professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and work areas.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report operational issues and suggest improvements to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive detailing or workshop supervision.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of detailing techniques, tools, and products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Auto Detailing or related training.
- Experience in customer service or front-desk management.
- Fluency in English and Kannada language.
