4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
Strong experience in Loan Origination, Loan Servicing, Lending Operations, Credit Risk, and Retail/Commercial Banking processes.
Hands-on experience working with leading banks or similar global banking institutions.
Expertise in gathering business requirements, preparing BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Strong understanding of end-to-end loan lifecycle, underwriting, credit assessment, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, testing teams, and senior management.
Proficient in data analysis, gap analysis, impact assessment, and process improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
