We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Vijay Shree Chemical Industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting company products, conducting market visits, following up on leads, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the chemical, cleaning products, FMCG, or related industry, will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert new sales leads.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and prospective clients.
- Promote and sell company products effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with management to support business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to travel for field sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, email, and MS Office.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
