Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the launch and expansion of Origen’s Food Products Division in Pune. The role involves developing sales strategies, building distributor and retail networks, leading the sales team, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Origen’s food products.
- Build and manage distributor, wholesaler and retailer networks across Pune.
- Lead, train and monitor the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas.
- Build relationships with supermarkets, grocery stores, retail chains and institutional buyers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensure timely collections and strong customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG, Food Products or Consumer Goods sales.
- Experience in distributor and retail sales management preferred.
