Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining store displays, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and discounts.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked.
- Assist customers during product selection and purchase.
- Support billing staff during rush hours if required.
- Monitor stock availability and inform management about low stock items.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock verification activities.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
