Role description
Job Title: .NET Developer & Full Stack (Offshore)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to join our offshore delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining REST API-based services using .NET, working with SQL queries, and implementing search capabilities using Elasticsearch. The role also requires handling configuration-driven development using JSON/CSV/Mongo, and contributing to automated testing and code quality practices.
Key Responsibilities
Backend / API Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable services using .NET / C
Build and enhance REST APIs including request/response validation, error handling, and versioning
Develop reusable components and ensure adherence to secure coding and API best practices
Data & Configuration Handling
Write efficient SQL queries for application data access and validations
Implement configuration-driven logic using JSON / CSV / MongoDB (as configuration store)
Maintain and optimize data structures used for configuration and runtime behavior
Search & Indexing
Develop and integrate search solutions using Elasticsearch
Support indexing strategies, query tuning, relevance improvements, and troubleshooting
Testing & Quality
Create and maintain automated tests (unit/integration) to improve coverage and stability
Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards
Maintain strong focus on code quality, using tools such as: SonarQube (code quality & coverage)
Checkmarx (security scanning)
Agile / Offshore Delivery
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with offshore/onshore collaboration
Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide regular status updates
Support release activities, bug fixes, and production issues as required
Must-Have Skills

Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Exposure to logging/monitoring practices (APM tools, structured logging)
Experience in enterprise / regulated domains (healthcare preferred)
