- Monitor and control food & beverage costs, inventory, and stock movement.
- Conduct stock audits, cost analysis, and monitor consumption and wastage.
- Verify purchase invoices and ensure proper inventory control procedures.
- Coordinate with F&B, Kitchen, Purchase, and Finance teams to maintain costs within budget.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
