Position: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Kasturi Nagar, Bengaluru

CTC: 6LPA-₹7 LPA
Working Days: Monday to Saturday -6 Days Working
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2C sales of Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes & Home Interior Solutions
Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual territory sales targets
Lead and support studio sales teams to maximize conversions
Build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders & Channel Partners Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence
Conduct networking events, architect meets & promotional activities
Ensure exceptional customer experience and project delivery
Coordinate with Design, Operations & Installation teams for seamless execution
Monitor sales pipeline, revenue realization & project completion
Ideal Candidate:
3-4 years of sales experience in Interiors, Modular Furniture, Building Materials, Real Estate, Home Improvement or related industries
Strong leadership, relationship management & business development skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
