Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing authentic Goan dishes, managing the assigned kitchen section, and ensuring food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare traditional Goan cuisine and seafood specialties
- Manage and oversee the assigned kitchen section
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen SOPs
- Monitor inventory and assist in stock management
- Coordinate with the kitchen team during service operations
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Goan cuisine and coastal cooking techniques
- Expertise in seafood preparation and regional recipes
- Time management and kitchen coordination skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred
- 3–7 years experience in Goan cuisine kitchen operations
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
