Job Description:
We are seeking a Telecaller who will focus on generating sales leads, following up with potential customers, and ensuring smooth coordination to close deals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and organized, with a knack for communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and generate interest.
- Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding customer requirements.
- Maintain a detailed database of leads and update the CRM system regularly.
- Follow-Up Activities:
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and build relationships.
- Schedule meetings or demonstrations for the sales team as required.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Sales Closure Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals.
- Assist in negotiating terms and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Address any concerns or objections raised by the client.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and gather feedback to improve service quality.
- Reporting:
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead progress and sales activities.
- Analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement in the sales process.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
