Job Summary
iMentus Technologies is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills, with the ability to deliver a seamless hiring experience while meeting organizational hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Ensure smooth onboarding handover after offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documentation and reports.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT hiring.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience in IT recruitment, including hiring for Developers, QA Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and related technical roles.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and candidate engagement skills.
- Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding processes.
- Ability to meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
