Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of Managing International Travel Operations (Mandatory)
Preferred Expertise: Operations experience with South East Asia ( Vietnam ) & other Countries

About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, experienced, and customer-focused travel planning & coordination specialist for our travel operations team.Mainly dealing with premium B2B Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end travel operations: hotels, transfers, flights, trains, tour packages
- Ensure accurate manifests & timely coordination with suppliers
- Handle customer itineraries, updates, service issues & communication
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Support group handling, events & overall operational delivery
Skills Required
- Strong travel operations experience (2–4 years mandatory)
- Excellent communication & customer-handling skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy & time management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to work under pressure & manage deadlines
- Positive attitude, adaptability & willingness to learn
