Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Operator to manage and monitor electrical systems in a data centre environment. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted power supply, supporting maintenance activities, and maintaining system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor UPS, DG, transformers, and electrical panels
- Perform routine inspections and load monitoring
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance
- Identify faults and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor systems through BMS and respond to alarms
- Maintain logs, reports, and documentation
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and vendors
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in electrical operations (data centre experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of UPS, DG, transformers, and panels
- Familiarity with BMS systems
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
