Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Architects with experience in workplace (corporate office) interiors. The role involves developing detailed design documentation, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and supporting execution to ensure high-quality, functional, and brand-aligned workspaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop space planning layouts aligned with workplace strategies, client briefs, and design intent
- Prepare complete working drawing sets including plans, elevations, sections drawings
- Coordinate with MEP and other consultants to ensure seamless integration within workplace environments
- Translate design concepts into execution-ready drawings with strong attention to detail and materiality
- Participate in client discussions, presentations, and incorporate feedback into design development
- Conduct regular site visits to address execution challenges, resolve drawing queries, and ensure design compliance
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for material selection, detailing, and technical alignment
- Maintain drawing accuracy, documentation standards, BOQs (if applicable), and revision control
Key Requirements
- Degree in Architecture
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in workplace/corporate interior projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp
- Solid understanding of workplace design standards, space efficiency, and ergonomics
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution processes
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
