Job Title: Tendering & Portal Executive – Solar EPC Location: Ranip, Ahmedabad Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Tendering & Portal Executive to manage online portals and handle end-to-end tendering processes for Solar EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, preparing tender documents, and ensuring timely submission. Key Responsibilities: Search and identify relevant tenders on government and private portals (GEM, CPPP, state portals, etc.) Handle complete tendering process from registration to final submission Prepare and compile tender documents (technical & commercial) Coordinate with internal teams for BOQ, costing, and technical inputs Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted within deadlines Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and results Track tender status and follow up for results and clarifications Manage portal registrations, renewals, and compliance requirements Assist in preparing pre-qualification documents and vendor registrations Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred) 1–4 years of experience in tendering/portal handling (Solar EPC preferred) Freshers with good learning ability can also apply Knowledge of GEM, CPPP, and other tender portals Basic understanding of BOQ, costing, and documentation Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation work Strong attention to detail and deadline management Work Details: Salary: As per experience Contact Information:- Email- [email protected] Contact:- 9081819471
