Store Incharge – Construction Site
About Us
Lotus Constructions is a growing construction company executing commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge to manage construction material inventory at our Kwality Pharma Project, Amritsar.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all construction materials.
- Handle material inward and outward entries in BUSY Software.
- Maintain stock of Cement, Steel, Bricks, Sand, Aggregate, Electrical, Plumbing, Hardware, and other construction materials.
- Verify material received against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Issue materials only against approved material requisitions.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Purchase Department, and Accounts Team.
- Ensure proper storage, safety, and housekeeping of the store.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Store Incharge in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of BUSY Software and MS Excel.
- Strong inventory management and record-keeping skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
