Job Description :-
We are looking for an experienced DTP Operator with strong knowledge of desktop publishing software and multilingual typing skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in designing, formatting, and preparing print-ready layouts while ensuring accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Create and prepare layouts and other print materials.
- Design, edit, and format documents using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Perform Marathi typing using Marathi typing software, along with Hindi and English typing.
- Ensure proper page formatting, alignment, fonts, and print-ready output.
- Make corrections and revisions based on editorial feedback.
- Coordinate with the editorial, design, and printing teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain consistency in design standards and formatting across all.
- Handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills :-
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong Marathi typing skills using Marathi typing software.
- Good typing speed and accuracy in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Experience in page layout, typesetting, and print production.
- Good understanding of typography, colour management, and print specifications.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications :-
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Diploma or certification in DTP, Graphic Design, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Experience :-
- 4–5 years of relevant experience as a DTP Operator in publishing, printing, media, or a similar industry.
