Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound inquiries.
- Identify decision-makers such as HR Heads, Admin Managers, Procurement Heads, and Facility Managers.
- Pitch company services including corporate canteen management, housekeeping, facility services, event staffing, and manpower solutions.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized service solutions.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the field sales team or founders.
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, interactions, and sales progress.
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams for proposal inputs and feasibility.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and conversions.
Key Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Lead Generation (preferably in services or manpower industry).
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Kannada is a plus).
- Experience in cold calling and handling corporate clients.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and corporate buying behavior.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
