Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns that generate high-quality leads, increase website traffic, and maximize return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with Google Ads, and the ability to improve campaign performance through continuous testing and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube).
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing page performance.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting.
Track conversions using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Improve Quality Score, click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rate.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Perform A/B testing on ads, keywords, and landing pages.
Manage remarketing campaigns and audience targeting.
Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, policies, and digital marketing trends.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
1–5+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
